The Red Deer Rebels acquired 20-year-old forward Carson Latimer from the Wenatchee Wild.

In exchange, the Wild receive a fifth-round selection at the 2024 WHL Prospects Draft, and a conditional third-round selection at the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft. The Ottawa Senators currently hold Latimer’s National Hockey League draft rights.

Latimer has 97 points in 143 career regular season games with the Edmonton Oil Kings, Prince Albert Raiders, and Winnipeg ICE. The Surrey, BC native was selected by the Oil Kings in the third round, 48th overall, of the 2018 WHL Draft.

As of now that puts the 20 year olds at 6. I am not certain of have not heard anything on whats going on with these guys. So this is basically a guess. With Elias Carmichael, Kai Uchacz*, Chase Coward*, Marek Schneider*, Craig Armstrong*, and Latimer. Grubbe for sure ain’t coming back. If Uchacz is back look out. This 20 year old situation could be interesting.🤔🤔
