Bulldogs lost 5-2 in Okotoks in the first of a home and home weekend series.

First game of the season for former Bandit Aaron Brown. He looked great in a Bulldogs jersey. Best looking Bulldog in the first period by a mile. If he keeps playing like that he will fit in well and fans will love him.

The Oilers outshot the Bulldogs 12-9 in the first period.

Christian Green from Boothwyn, Pennsylvania stopped 26 of 28 shots in his junior hockey debut and got the win for the Oilers. Ethan Morrow stopped 24 of 29 shots.

Bulldogs next home game is Saturday September 23rd in Blackfalds against the Okotoks Oilers at 6pm.

In another game on the scoreboard Friday night the Olds Grizzlys beat the Spruce Grove Saints 3-0. Why Spruce Grove has been running rosters with 13 forwards and only 4 defenceman for the last few games is also making one wonder🤔9 guys seem to be sitting out. Either way good for Olds 👍

Noah Davis is not on the Not In Lineup?🤔Could be a misprint.

This roster was released 14 minutes before the game roster. Jack DesRuisseaux was replaced with Josh Sale. I searched up Jack DesRuisseaux who hails from Manchester, New Hampshire and he was playing preseason games with the Trail Smoke Eaters of the BCHL last week where he had 4 points in 5 games.
