Maple Ridge, BC native Adam Leitch scored his first junior A goal to put the Canucks up in the game 1-0 at 15:34 of the opening frame. The assists on the goal to former Bulldog Jack Plandowski and Ty Hipkin. I would have to check but I think the Bulldogs have not won a game against Jack Plandowski since he has left with the Drayton loss and the 2 Canuck loses.
Shots on goal in the first period were 11-4 Bulldogs.
Riley Bracko made it 2-0 Canucks 3:35 of the second period with the assists going to two former Okotoks Oilers in Gavin Garland and Bowden Singleton.

Carter Cormier put the Bulldogs on the board at 5:40 of the second frame with the assist on the goal going to Luke Dahlen. That’s Cormier’s second goal in as many nights.

Hunter Brown tied the game up at 9:02 of the middle period getting his 14th goal of the season with the assist on the goal going to Brendan Ross.

Layne Loomer gave the Bulldogs the lead at 10:54 of the second with the assists going to Brendan Ross and Hunter Brown.
Shots on goal in the second period were 9-8 Canucks.
Miscommunication, being fancy and passing it for a whole power play, or thinking of what they were going to do tonight after the game caused a stupid mistake which sprung 5’4 Riley Hearn on a short handed break away. He scored, its Riley Hearn kid usually does. That happened at 6:13 of the third and right after that you just felt the whole moral in the building drop.
Ty Hipkin scored the game winner at 7:05 of the third period to make it 4-3 Canucks
Sam Lozinski scored to make it 5-3 Canucks from Gavin Garland and Bowden Singleton.
Gavin Garland scores on the empty net to make it a 6-3 game. With the assist on that goal going to Bowden Singleton
Shots on goal in the third were 11-7 for the Bulldogs. The Canucks outshot the Bulldogs 26-24 in the game
Julian Molinaro made 23 saves on the 26 shots that he faced for the win for the Canucks. Ethan Morrow made 11 saves on the 16 shots he faced before being replaced by Wilson Maxfield after the fifth goal in the third period. Wilson Maxfield stopped all 7 shots that he faced.
