On A very snowy night in Blackfalds the Bandits defeated the Bulldogs 4-2.
Maine commit Nick Peluso undressed the defenceman for what I have to admit was one of the nicest goals I have seen in a long time. Right off the bat too just 52 seconds into the game. The assists on the goal went to Nathan Free and Parker Lalonde.

Alexander Dimitriadis scored a beautiful goal of his own right after on a one timer at 19:26 of the first period. The assists on the goal went to Luke Dahlen and Liam O’Keeffe. The part that was strange about the goal is the Bandit D man wasn’t even paying attention to the pay he was just cross checking a Bulldog player over and over again behind the net.
Shots on goal in the first period were 13-7 for Brooks
Nathan Free scores upstairs to give the Bandits the 2-1 lead at 7:20 of the second period. The assist on the goal went to Clarkson University commit Jace Letourneau

Gates Omicioli scores his first BCHL goal at 11:35 of the second period seconds after the Bulldogs power play ended to tie the game up at 2. The assists on the goal went to Aidan Souligny and Alexander Dimitriadis
Nathan Free gave the Bandits the 3-2 lead at 17:57 of the second period with the assist on the goal going to Nick Peluso.
Ethan Beyer made it 4-2 Bandits when he scored at 18:59 of the second period from A.J Larcoix and Mathis Dufour.
Shots on goal in the second period were 14-7 for Brooks
A scoreless third resulted in shots being 12-8 for Brooks. The Bandits outshot the Bulldogs 39-22 in the game.
Johnny Hicks made 20 saves on the 22 shots that he faced for the win for the Bandits. For the Bulldogs Waylon Esche made 35 saves on the 39 shots that he faced.
Three Stars of the game were 1) Nathan Free 2) Alexander Dimitriadis 3) Nick Peluso
Attendance in Blackfalds was 495 which is more than I would of thought after looking outside.
Bulldogs next game is Saturday November 23rd against the Okotoks Oilers.
