In a stellar performance on Friday night in Regina, Peyton Shore earned his first WHL career shutout by stopping all 21 shots he faced, leading the Red Deer Rebels to a convincing 3-0 victory over the Pats. The Rebels’ defense was pivotal in this win, with Doogan Pederson setting up goals for Talon Brigley and Kalan Lind, while Derek Thurston capped off the scoring with an empty net goal. Riding high on this momentum, the Rebels are setting their sights on Moose Jaw, where they will challenge the Warriors on Saturday night.

Shots on goal in the third period were 6-2 for the Rebels with the Rebels outshooting the Pats 21-18 in the game

Peyton Shore got his first career shutout stopping all 18 shots that he faced for the Rebels. For the Pats White City, Saskatchewan native Kelton Pyne stopped 18 of the 20 shots that he faced.
