The Red Deer Rebels have clinched a playoff spot. Defeating the Calgary Hitmen 5-2. The Rebels jumped out quickly Saturday night and never looked back.
Hunter Mayo opened up the scoring for the Rebels 2:15 into the game from Jeremiah Roberts and Matthew Gard.- Hunter Mayo scored with a wrister from the high slot just over two minutes into the contest.

Keets Fawcett made it a 5-2 game with 42 seconds left in the game while the Hitmen were on the Power Play. The assists on the goal went to Carter Yakemchuk and Oliver Tulk.
