Team White beat Team Black 3-2 in overtime in the Red Deer Rebels’ 2026 Black and White Game on Sept. 1 at the Marchant Crane Centrium. After 20 minutes, White led 1-0. After two periods it was 2-1 White, with Cameron Kuzma and Cash Arcand-Vandale scoring for White and Boris Sigachev scoring for Black. Beckett Hamilton tied it 2-2 at 18:03 of the third period, then Arcand-Vandale scored the overtime winner — his second goal of the night. Published recaps did not list assists.
The four goalies split the game in halves. For Team Black, Nathan Salisbury played the first half and allowed two goals on 17 shots; Peyton Shore took over after that, made more than 20 saves, and was beaten only by Arcand-Vandale’s OT goal. For Team White, Chase Nielsen started and allowed one goal on 15 shots; Matthew Kondro played the second half and allowed one goal on more than 20 shots.
