This game started out with no sound, which is too bad as the guys that do the game for the Pontiacs do a real good job. The Bulldogs were 3-0 against the Pontiacs prior to tonights match. With the win they are 4-0 and won the season series.
Brendan Ross scores on a nice feed from Carter Patterson to make it a 1-0 game with the second assist going to Josh Sale at 3:30 of the first period

I think I can hear the Pontiacs coach yelling from Bonnyville as I sit in my living room in Blackfalds. Its probably good the sound doesn’t work.
Ryan Shaw capitalized on a turnover and made it 3-0 at 10:21 of the firs period. I have no idea what happened to the puck there its like god struck down and said no, it made no sense. It appeared to have just magically bounced off the Pontiacs player stick onto Shaw’s tape.
Tyler Blocha scored on the Power Play for the Pontiacs at 13:53 of the first period. With the assists going to a pair of Princeton Tiger commits in Max Seguin and James Schneid.

Then at 1:53 into he middle frame Brendan Gillmore scores his second goal of the season during a line change on a beautiful executed play and awesome shot makes it 4-1. The assists went to Cody Pisarczyk and Tanner Willick. You would of assumed the Bulldogs were on the Power Play there. This could be the highlight goal of the week.
The sound finally started to work with about 6 minutes left in the second period. Shortly after that the Pontiacs scored. Alaska Fairbanks commit Nicolas Beaudoin got his 9th goal of the season to make it a 4-2 game with the assist going to Max Seguin.

Then on a Power Play of their own the Bulldogs regained the lead when Jayden Joly scored his 10th of the season to make it 5-4 with the assists going to Tanner Willick and Hunter Brown.
Bonnyville had a close chance and I mean a real close chance to tie the game up with the puck bouncing with less than 5 minutes remaining in the game.
Pontiacs pulled the goalie with 2 mins remaining but the Bulldogs held on to the lead.
