Last time the Rebels played the Prince Albert Raiders at the beginning of January they lost 2-1 to a very hot goalie in Max Hildebrand. Tonight they could of faced no goalie and they still would of lost.

18 year old Delta, BC native Niall Crocker opened up the scoring for the Raiders getting his 14th of the season on the Power Play. Assists to former Rebel and Red Deer Native Keaton Sorenson and 16 year old rookie Ryder Ritchie.

Betty Crocker baked up another goal getting his 15th of the season on the Power Play AGAIN. Assists to Sorenson and Ritchie AGAIN. 2-0 Raiders.

Attendance at the Art Hauser Centre in Prince Albert was 2,286.

Three stars of tonights game were all from the Raiders 1) Niall Crocker 2) Keaton Sorenson 3) Ryder Ritchie

Raiders outshot the Rebels 23-21. To make it sound even worse for the Rebels they got only 5 shots in the first period. It was even worse in the third period where they only managed 3 shots. I am no mathematician but I don’ think that adds up to winning a game🤷‍♂️🤔Max Hildebrand stopped 19 of 21 Red Deer shots for his 11th win of the season. Kyle Kelsey was in net for the Rebels.

The Winnipeg Ice shankwackled the Edmonton Oil Kings this afternoon in Edmonton on “Hookey Hockey Day” 10-1 in front of 12,405. Doubt a single kid there cared they missed school🤪👍
