For 20 minutes it looked as if the West Kelowna Warriors would run the visiting Blackfalds Bulldogs right out of Royal LePage Place. The Warriors were all over the visitors from the opening faceoff. If not for the spectacular netminding of Brady Smith who turned aside 15 of the 16 shots he faced, the Warriors could easily have been up four or five. LINK
Bad turn over at the Bulldogs blueline and the Warriors opened up the scoring at 4:09 of the first period when Arizona State commit Dylan Krayer got his first of the season. The assists on the goal went to Chelsea, Quebec native Quinlan Parry and former Burlington Cougar Noah Garthe.
Shots on goal in the first period were 16-2 in the first period for the Warriors

Super Veteran Luke Dahlen tied it up for the Bulldogs getting a beautiful pass with a wide open net at 9:03 of the second period. The assists on the goal went to captain Joey Melo and Juan Copeland.
Miscommunication on the Bulldogs end made it 2-1 and a goal was credited to Montreal, Quebec native Olivier Chan at 11:46 of the second period.

Luke Dahlen gets his second of the night at 14:13 of the second period on the Power Play. The assists on the goal went to Joey Melo and Noah Mertz.
Shots on goal in the second were 15-8 for the Bulldogs.
Nick DiPaolo was awarded a shorthanded penalty shot and was denied
Jace Rask snuck one through on the short side to make it a 3-2 game for the Warriors at 12:40 of the third period. The assists went to former Spruce Grove Saint Carter Oakenfold and Kelowna native Aidan Malone.
Warriors made it 4-2 when Calgary native Carter Oakenfold potted one into the empty net at 19:47 of the third period. The helper went to Lulea, Sweden native Liam Nilsson.
Shots on goal in the third period were 13-6 for the Warriors. The Warriors outshot the Bulldogs 37-23 in the game.
For the Warriors Kelowna native and former Weyburn Red Wing Angelo Zol stopped 20 of the 22 shots that he faced for the win. For the Bulldogs Brady Smith stopped 33 of the 36 shots that he faced.
