Carter Yakemchuk continues to climb the draft rankings. As of this post mynhldraft.com has him ranked as #12th. I read a good comparison about Yakemchuk a poster made at a hockey forum. He praised Yakemchuk and hated that his team had to play against him. He called Yakemchuk “Annoying a 6’4 Cory Perry on Defence” lol. Yet there he is listed at 6’2

The Western Hockey League announced Monday that Rebels netminder Rhett Stoesser was the WHL Goaltender of the Week for the week ending November 19, 2023
